Improving the understanding pupils and their families have of how assessment and feedback work at the school has been a priority this year. In the autumn term, we received feedback from families about this and so we have constructed an assessment calendar for families with pupils in each year group.

Please note - More detailed information regarding the nature of the assessments and what your child needs to do in order to prepare for an assessment can be found on the relevant Google Classroom pages. Occasionally assessments may take place at different times than those stated on the calendar. This may happen depending on various factors such as staff absence, trips and visits or the teacher's professional judgement to move assessments around in the curriculum depending on what is best for the pupils' learning.
